Well another month, (nearly two) has passed since I last posted.
And so much has happened I will have a hard time remember it all. So perhaps Jen can update all that I missed when she reads this.
Anyways, before Christmas MK had a school christmas party which was again pretty fun. Lots of singing, 8 different crafts and food! She did a great job singing as per usual and I think she is still the tallest or 2nd tallest child in her preschool.
Then Christmas can and went like a lightening bolt, there as lots of family in town.
Marc and Brooke and kids were in town for the christmas festivities, which is alwasy great!! we love it when they come up and play as we dont get down to Utah much at all anymore. We are still hoping they will move up here after they are done school, which may never happen!
MK had a great christmas as per usual, she is very much into Princess this and Princess that. And she is getting much better at using her imagination and playing with herself or her stuffed animals.
Then new years eve came, which was a really exciting time for our family and Patrick returned home from his 2 year mission in Arizona! It was great to re-connect again and Makayla pretty much wanted to hold his hand as often as she could get his attention. She certainly didnt forget him when he was gone.
After new years Jen decided to through a little new years party for some of Makayla's friends, i cant remember but i think there were 7 or 8 or 9 kids under 4 running through the house. it was good fun!! I dont think I stuck around for it, but I cant remember.
Then January can and went, we hung out with Dave and Cheryl Walker one night, and had dinner at their house and went toboganning. It was great. Dave thought it would be a good idea for him and me to ride down the hill on his GT snowracer together.. which we did, however the GT suffered major casualties. The legs just couldnt suport out combined wieght. And when i say combined, I mean it couldnt handle my weight!
Oh and at some point before or after christmas I cant remember we went with Marc and Brooke and kids and Allison and Joel to the Airdrie Lights Festival which was great fun. It was freezing. But MK and Aden got to ride on the train so all was well.
Other than that lots of other stuf has happened to. not like i can remember though.
Ive been rather lazy with the camera to as of late.
Oh wait I remember, we now have a 3 legged dog!! I knew i was forgetting something.
